Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, based on the little information we cannot fully grasp your evaluation. Therefore, we are only able to give you feedback on the mentioned points.

It is sad to hear you were not satisfied with the work atmosphere in your team. In this case it would have been helpful for all parties if you communicated your concerns with the HR Department. Then we could have tackled the problem and would have tried to find a proper solution to it. We would like you to know that we are continuously making an effort to improve the working conditions of all our employees.
