Neglected recruitment process
Bewerber/inHat sich bei MOIA in Hamburg als I was contacted by the recruiter beworben.

Not very well prepared interview, they say the are really quick but took way longer than what they said, never mentioned any reason. Last interview with someone from HR and someone from the IT side started a it poorly, didn´t know how to set up the video call propperly, awkward silence. Didn´t get the answers I was asking some times, a lot of talking but not giving meaningful answers.
