The company arbitrarily terminates permanent employees who have passed their probation period, while simultaneously recruiting new staff. There's a troubling pattern of bringing in workers from China on short-term business visas, who work for a few months before returning, only to be replaced by new arrivals after a short interval. This creates an unstable work environment where existing employees feel pressured to overperform and accept unreasonable demands from management to secure their positions. The atmosphere is one of constant insecurity and exploitation, with workers pushed to their limits to prove their worth.

Naturally, our endeavors to innovate in the realm of self-driving technology can lead to fluctuating work demands, which we strive to manage proactively and never force anyone to work during holidays. Also, changing team setups are following the product and technology improvements. One recent example is the way we manage our infrastructure and the impact it had on the team, which was stretched over time and not done arbitrarily. Regarding the frequent travels: As a global company with very high development speed we rely on frequent exchange and availability of knowledge and skills on-site. This goes both ways, colleagues travelling to Germany as well as from Germany to our overseas locations.
