Generally positive and relaxed work atmosphere within the team itself, in addition to company events (i.e. all hands, Christmas). There is a strong focus on bringing people together in-person and an allocated budget for team events.
Kommunikation
Communication across the company could be improved with a lot of meetings (without an agenda, with too many people) and a lot of Slack communications. Overall the tendency is to be more and more transparent in company updates.
Work-Life-Balance
As in most start-ups, the work never stops and a lot depends on you or your manager to say no. It's definitely an improvement point for most teams, as working late seems to be encouraged/rewarded.

I've been fortunate to have excellent managers in the company, which have helped me grow in a supportive way.
