Thank you for your feedback. I and the senior team are working to take input from the teams and make constructive changes as quickly as possible. As we discussed in our town hall meeting, in addition to getting employee feedback via regular surveys, we are working to streamline the communication between senior management and the rest of the company.

We want to incorporate feedback from all levels of our organisation and empower everyone to bring ideas and suggestions that improve our company. I invite anyone with an idea on how we can improve to please reach out to me directly, your manager or our People and Culture Team. Since our last town hall, I have received great suggestions on how we can improve the quality and inclusiveness of our hiring practices, how we can reduce overhead of regular meetings and how the senior team can communicate better.

Likewise, I would really value any specific ideas you have on how to make our company a better place to work and serve our clients and partners better. We certainly aren't perfect, but the only way we as a company will improve is with the input and feedback from our entire team.
