Arbeitsatmosphäre

The company pays attention to recognize contributions and encourage trust and serenity.

Kommunikation

The communication across functions are good and encourages collaboration. Nevertheless, at times, functions can be territorial and discussions can lack empathy, which are not success factors in a matrix organization.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Depends very much on the person. Lots of mechanisms are implemented such that colleagues can give feedback to one another for better cooperation. Nevertheless, majority of those mechanisms are not targeted and at the end of the day, everyone ends up with a lot of feedback, which they cannot manage.

Work-Life-Balance

In the team I worked, the field expertise was very low, that meant that with above average expertise and with a medium past at the industry level, you could even finish your work less than your hourly working hours - which is a factor definitely contributes to life balance. You might however end up questioning your value professionally, given the trivial objectives set, and hence can comprise on the balance on the professional front.

Depends on the line manager. My experience was very positive however I also saw others suffering from this.

Very trivial objectives set. The expertise level is very low. The tasks could have been interesting if they were understood and worked towards at an expert as opposed to newbie level.

Diversity and inclusion are praised often. No concrete plan on how to achieve equality is lacking but compared to other employers in the industry, this aspect is above average.

For experts and talents, no clear accountabilities set and they are let go whereas they could be promoted for the better. A lot of buzz around agility but it is never implemented but just discussed, especially when it comes to allocating talent.

In the field I worked (real-world evidence), the company doesn't have key achievements to demonstrate, through publications or key conference participations, for example. Whereas their peers are well present.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

As the company performs poorly in my field, there was no development chances to advance from a technical point of view. From a soft-skills point of view, there could be chances for development but these are not higher than in other companies.
