Wenn ich mich z.B. bei meinem Vorgesetzen über einen Kollegen beschwere gibt mir dieser recht und wenn dieser sich wiederum über mich beschwert gibt ihm der gleiche Vorgesetzte ebenfalls die Bestätigung im recht zu sein. Somit wird ein ständiger Prozess an schlechter Stimmung projiziert was absolut toxisch ist unter Kollegen
