Micromanagement, high expectations and bad communication.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
30 days remote work from abroad.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Suffocating hierarchy and very high expectations despite the very high workload.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Better communication, less micromanagement.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There’s no MyHammer or Instapro group anymore, it’s all called Angi now.
Kommunikation
Was good before for a remote work company, but it went down the drain in 2026.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
this year most people are overworked and passive aggressive, especially the new teams (US teams).
Work-Life-Balance
Fully remote work with a chance to work from abroad up to 30 days a year which is nice but this year work load has been insane that you can’t catch a break even in home office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Hierarchy and micromanagement: it was suffocating and it’s hard to keep up with everyone’s expectations from you. Communicating your needs to find solutions that works won’t get you anywhere.
Interessante Aufgaben
Can’t do anything interesting when you barely have capacity to finish your basic tasks
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very high pressure with even higher expectations from superiors: it’s a very large company that functions like a startup: you have so much to do and to keep up with in limited time, but mistakes are not allowed. Make it make sense lol.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary matches market averages, benefits are good but they tend to overpromise and underdeliver.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You learn a lot because you have a lot of responsibilities, but there isn’t a dedicated learning budget or plan. You’re on your own.
