Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It's really good that workers at mymuesli are always listened to if they have something to discuss or ideas to share. The team-spirit in ominipresent and very motivating. The sense of hierarchy is not as important there, i.e. any worker can take as much responsabilities as he/she wants. The overall atmosphere at mymuesli was warm and friendly and I never stopped learning skills or things about myself during this internship !
Another (very) good point: the fact that we could take a break with some delicious muesli available at the office... :p

I would say that hiring more people in the long-term could be good for mymuesli, to implement a deeper sense of continuity and planning/anticipation.
Interessante Aufgaben
The new objectives and tasks never stopped coming but apart from that, we could also brainstorm on different campaigns and come up with our own campaign ideas as well - we were always pushed to be creative and just go for it !
