Since the beginning I felt I was trusted professionally, not only as a software developer, but as a solution provider. I'm supposed to fix/implement features (of course), but mainly to give my direct contribute in improving the product, through attribution of responsibility. Exactly what I was looking for.
Kommunikation
Communication is really key. Though the Corona emergency, regardless I work from home or in the office, I can count on constant communication, either through planned and spontaneous meetings.

The bond with colleagues was quickly set: each one has precious contributions to give on a professional and human level.

Being trust a key concept, I never felt so far I would struggle to get work-life balance I need.

I was given - as also asked by my side - an area of responsibility, and I'm given trust for what I do. This lets me unlock my full potential both in improving the overall workflow and being improved by it and the colleagues.

The office is comfortable, hardware is more than adequate for my tasks. As a developer I am completely free (and responsible) to achieve the best-fitting setup for my needs.
