a lot of pressure wrapped in nice words. Problems are not solved, instead more pressure is put on you. You can take the chance to learn a lot but responsibilities are not clear. Expectations from management is different day by day. Your work is not appreciated. You need to be aware that you need structure yourself and take your chances.

Colleagues are very helpful, open minded and try their best to support other colleagues.
English is the common language to communicate.

On one hand, we are glad to hear that we could offer you the right amount of autonomy in solving your tasks and in collaborating with your colleagues. This is exactly what MYTOYS GROUP tries to achieve everyday: a friendly working culture and the empowerment of its teams.

On the other hand, we sincerely regret that the management did not meet your standards. We are aware of this point and have initiated steps to improve the leadership competences for our teams.

As customers have been shifting more and more to online shopping in the last year, we have been investing heavily in team growth to build a sturdier and more reliable shopping platform. Simultaneously, we started new projects such as a major investment in Cloud migration and a multi-million euro renovation of our Data Center.

We were aware that due to the growth and increased complexity, our leadership team needed to be expanded. In your case, this unfortunately might have happened a bit too late. However, we have created and are filling the new roles of Engineering Leads to spread the management demand evenly and give the team representatives, strategists and visionaries. With those roles filled, the personal and technical leadership of the teams should improve and also provide a clear direction and certainty in planning.
