"If you wanna change result, you need to change input."
We have energy and potantial to be success, we need just good motivation, support and also good improvements from factory.

Kommunikation

Everybody in the team is too much friendly and everybody helping to each other. It's exactly to be more than a team. I'm too happy to work with my colleauges.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Maybe in before it could be opposite but currently they are hiring good employee which is exactly they need it. This is good benefit for rest of team and company.

Work-Life-Balance

I was work too hard before on my previous company on weekends or bank holidays, i can't even compare with it.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Middle level managers are listening too much and trying to help all the time which is i'm really happy about them. You are feeling someone is caring you. But most of time even if they tried too hard it's not helping because they have also manager so it's not easy to get approval sometimes from top. To sum up you will feel get friendly support from middle manager but unfotunatelty your problems will still remain.

Interessante Aufgaben

Everybody knows their responsibility in team and everybody is doing their best.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Working in here is little bit flex, you are not an officer and you don't have a regular job. Your job is always related with customer requests so because of that it's not boring and it's alwasy keeping your mind is busy which is nice.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

I didn't face it something like social responsibility project yet in here, it would be nice to do that kind of help but i'm new in company maybe it's early to say. But we are doing internal events which is too good for relationships.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary is avarage but according to job description and depend on competitors maybe it should be much more better but i hope it will be later on. We have company cars, social health insurance, etc. which is nice to have it.

I think year by year it's getting much more better and it's really nice to be a part of it.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There is no orientation training or something else or i didn't get it. Ofcourse everybody helping if you ask, but if you don't know some rule about something you can't guess and you can't ask for it. I recommend to do exactly something like that. Also it would be nice to join trainings in factory, i got mechanical trainings 3 times in Japan and they improved my vision and ability. I beleive we should get this kind of trainings much more.

Dear Colleague, thank you very much for your input. We are glad that you appreciate the teamwork and feel like everybody is doing their best. It is also good to know that we are able to create a healthy work/life balance also for salespeople out in the field. Apparently, we can do better in the training and onboarding department. Thank you for pointing that out. We will try to produce a more efficient and structured training plan.
