Verbesserungsvorschläge
NeoTaste could be more strategic. Decisions should be based on numbers and features, changes and promotional plans planned out properly. Most initiatives are ad hoc and last-minute, which results in errors, no measurability and in the end the initiative being dropped.
The management should improve their leadership skills. There is never any empathy shown, no actual feedback given and no clarity.

Quite a happy chatty start-up, but missing empathy, this is replaced simply by saying "we are a start-up thsi is what ou signed up for"

Underpaid, you always have to justify why you should get a raise. The time to receive a raise is constantly pushed back or excuses are made.
