Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Strong team spirit, cool events and interesting projects.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Cool Events, and nice work environment. Office sometimes crowded, but new office locations will be ready soon.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Growing rapidly, and everybody should go to a course or workshop every year.
Gehalt/Benefits
Nice Bonus :)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Teams work together very well, even across country barriers. There's always one or the other you don't fit together too well, but that's to be expected.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
It's a quite young company, so there aren't too many. But to my feeling they are well integrated.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Tiptop
Arbeitsbedingungen
Currently a bit crowded, will improve with new offices hopefully.
Kommunikation
Monthly meetings give an update; sometimes short-notice information on new projects.
Gleichberechtigung
It's IT, so more male then female colleagues. But no discrimination whatsoever.
Interessante Aufgaben
Modern technology, large interesting projects.
