We should talk more about improvement potentials and how the company has to adapt to the pandemic & post-pandemic area. Topics like remote/ flexible working are so standard in IT that I am surprised we don't have a clear vision on it. Also, Netlight is built on in-person exchange - how will we adapt this to a changing work environment? Sometimes I have the feeling we celebrate success too much and forget a bit about areas for improvement.
