Good place for junior people, but not for seniors
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Definitely the work-life balance and the pressure into the group-think / newspeak "culture"
Verbesserungsvorschläge
only sell consultants for 30-35h so they have time to do all the other things you expect from them. The company is making a ton of money either way, but pressures everyone to save costs, so shareholders can get their dividend
Arbeitsatmosphäre
hustle culture, cult-vibes, orwellian "newspeak" - be cautious what you say and to whom you speak about what
Kommunikation
the management level wants to share as little as they have to with the entire office, everything is handled as secret
Work-Life-Balance
you are sold to the client for 40h fulltime, but are expected and pushed to put at least 10 more hours each week into internal work, like coaching others, conducting tech interviews, driving initiatives - if you are not doing this, you will asked to leave
Interessante Aufgaben
there are some very interesting projects, but if you can get into them is based a bit on luck and how much the sales people personally like you
Gleichberechtigung
non-swedish european males are actively being discrimiated
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
there are none - most are forced to leave beforehand - and they only hire university graduates
Arbeitsbedingungen
more or less free choice of laptop and phone. no noise cancelling headphones sadly, but you should work in the open space office
Gehalt/Benefits
if you take the amount of work into account that you are expected to do, the salary is sub-standard
Image
kinda well known in Stockholm, but that's it
Karriere/Weiterbildung
if you want to learn something, you are expected to do this in your free time. you are supposed to only get knowledge internally. Getting knowledge from external events is not well-perceived. if you want to visit a tech conference you have to spend your personal vacation days on it.
