Having been with Netlight for four years now, I have always experienced Netlight as a great employer trying to make a difference in the world. Many significant initiatives are happening at all times, focusing on equality, sustainability, or just making Netlight a better company. All of this is driven by other Netlight colleagues from within, making it feel natural and empowering.
Working in Zurich, I like the fact that we’re a smaller office in the bigger Netlight context, which allows for working in an entrepreneurial environment while still having the safety of a big company.
I experience a great work environment with a lot of talented & open-minded colleagues. Everyone I have met so far has been supportive, kind, and genuine, allowing me to tackle any challenge that I faced and learn on the fly.
