During covid times things can be tough however Netlight is awesome by providing a document that allows people to signup to work a day or two onsite. This allows people to collaborate or have a focused environment or just be able to play a game of kicker with your colleagues.
Kommunikation
Communication I would say is one of Netlight’s strong points. I have been working with them since 2016 and eventually joining them full-time. They have been one of the most transparent up front organisations from the start. Netlight having an extremely diverse consultant toolset allowed me to have a plethora of choices. Having experience as a consultant beforehand and working with various convoluted organisations in the past made me realise how open “The Netlight Experience” can be. Making Netlight a great choice for consultants.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Netlight employees work harmoniously together creating a seamless experience between the client and the consultant. The organisation is at the forefront of employee solidarity by constantly thinking about each other individually and as a whole accommodating to the different needs of everyone.
Work-Life-Balance
Work life balance at Netlight is “You guessed it also great”! They have yoga classes they offer for you yogis out there! They understand what hard work means however, are open to different methods of organisation trying to encompass what works for an employee on an individual basis. They do this by giving you a mentor, delivery coach, buddy, and more internal conferences. These people and events are their to listen to your needs and are there to provide you with the balance that you need.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Netlight has management however they have a pretty loose management system where no one is micromanaging but more trying to help everyone succeed in a positive way.
Interessante Aufgaben
Interesting task wooooo! Netlight has loads of consultants who are highly encouraged to contribute to an existing internal project or create their own. Providing Sanbox Cloud environments and all the techy greatness a developer could dream of.
