I've been with Netlight for five years now, and it has been an incredible journey. The ever-changing environment here has been a catalyst for rapid personal and professional growth. The diversity of projects and domains we work in is remarkable. It's always exciting to embrace new challenges and explore different industries.
However, what truly sets Netlight apart is its people. Working alongside so many dedicated and talented professionals who are always willing to share knowledge and collaborate makes the experience truly enriching.
One highlight of my time at Netlight was a 6-month sabbatical, for which I'm immensely grateful. This opportunity for personal growth speaks volumes about the company's commitment to its employees.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
We are constantly trying to change the points we are not 100% satisfied with. Something I have thought of is to have one day in a month where we're not sold to the client but can work on Netlight-related topics or a personal project. Let's see if we can make this happen.

Knowledge Sharing is one of the main advantages of working at Netlight.
Work-Life-Balance
One down-side of Netlight is that you will work 40 hours a week and will need to do interviews, sales meetings and non-client-related stuff next to your engagement at the client. However, it's something I really enjoy so I don't see it as huge problem.

The mentoring program doesn't feel like a bossy relationship but rather a professional coaching.
Interessante Aufgaben
Usually, we try to select interesting projects for our consultants. But of course it can happen that a project doesn't fit Netlight.
Gleichberechtigung
The Diversity, Equity and Integrity policies at Netlight are absolutely great.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most of the employees are in their 30ies, this can be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on how you see it. I like the young feeling of this company.
