40h at the client plus additional time for Netlight-internal stuff that you can join if you want to. No pressure by anyone to join events/afterworks etc., but a lot of FOMO which can lead to stress. If you become more senior, more responsibilities (coaching, mentoring, etc.) await, but even then the workload is still way lower compared to other consulting firms and tech startups.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Since there are no formal bosses, hard to judge. The mentor-mentee relationship is quite easy-going and doesn't feel pressured, it's more like a tandem-relationship where you figure out together how you want to communicate/work.
Interessante Aufgaben
Many possibilities to try out new things, technologies, explore areas, work cross-functional within Netlight (support Recruitment and Sales). Steep learning curve.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The Berlin team is still quite startup-y and young with only a few people being 35+ years. In the other offices, this is a little bit different with more senior people. I have never heard anything bad about this.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Latest laptop (Apple MB Pro or Lenovo) and Phone, adjustable chairs and desks and screens, cool office with "an edge" (the others are a bit more stylish though). Possibility to get equipment (desk, chair, screen, etc.) for the home office as well.

Very good reputation in Sweden as an employer & consulting firm, working with almost all major Swedish tech companies for a long period of time.
In Germany, Netlight is not very well known (yet) like the other "big" consulting firms, but slowly getting there with a lot of very interesting clients. Strong network in the Berlin tech industry (unicorns & startups) who value Netlight for excellent delivery and as a Strategic Partner.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Especially in the beginning the levelling happens quite quickly with more and more responsibilities. What I really value is the opportunity and freedom to try out different things (technologies, areas, etc.) with a steep learning curve.
For people who want to become a "Team Lead" or "Manager" for the sake of having personnel responsibility, this is not the right place, as there are no formal hierarchies.
