That you can always talk about everything. The management regularly takes the time out of ther busy schedule to personally talk to the people from all departments and, most importantly, also to listens to them.
Also, our internal events, Friday bars, etc. are always a highlight.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about. In my experience, the salaries, commissions and bonus payments are very good. I have also never had an employer who transfers salaries so early. So a big plus here.
