Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The company has a strong product that I’m proud to work on, and the projects bring a good level of challenge and variety. Changes are handled in a way that keeps work interesting, and it’s motivating to know that feedback is actually heard. The work culture is approachable, and colleagues are open and cooperative, which makes it easier to solve problems and grow.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Processes are still evolving, which can mean things change sometimes—but it’s a great way to learn and grow.

Thank you very much for your detailed and positive feedback!

We’re thrilled to hear that you’re proud of the product and find the projects both challenging and varied. Creating meaningful solutions while keeping the work engaging is very important to us, so it’s great to see that reflected in your experience.

It’s also encouraging to know that you feel feedback is truly heard and that our approachable, cooperative culture supports both problem-solving and personal growth. That open exchange is something we actively promote in our day-to-day collaboration.

Regarding evolving processes: as we continue to grow, we consciously refine and improve structures along the way. We appreciate your perspective that this also creates valuable learning opportunities.
Thank you for your recommendation and for contributing to our journey!

Best regards,
your fleetster Team
