The recruitment process was extensive and included multiple interviews with the recruiter, team lead, project manager, Managing Director Germany, an assessment test (personality and abstract reasoning), and a final interview with the CEO. In total 5 appointments -_-

A positive aspect was the recruiter’s support throughout the process. He prepared me well for each stage, provided useful briefings in advance, and ensured I knew what to expect from the upcoming interviews. :-)

Unfortunately, the candidate experience changed significantly at the end. After investing considerable time and effort over several weeks, I received a rejection without any explanation and have never been given feedback on the decision. More disappointing was the way the rejection was communicated: I first learned about it via WhatsApp from the recruiter, who was apparently unaware that I had not yet received an official notification. About a week later, an automated rejection email followed.

While all interactions during the process were professional and friendly, the lack of transparency, feedback, and personal communication at the final stage did not reflect the level of professionalism shown throughout the rest of the recruitment process.

Overall: Well-structured and thorough selection process, but significant room for improvement in candidate communication, feedback, and respect at the conclusion of the process.

Ich hatte ein Kennenlerngespräch, das gut verlief, und es wurde mir sofort das zweite Interview in größerer Runde versprochen. Danach wurde ich ein paar Mal vertröstet, dass noch kein Termin gefunden werden konnte, und irgendwann geghostet. Fand ich schade.

Nach dem zweiten Bewerbungsgespräch wurde bereits der Prozess beendet. Ich weiß bis heute nicht, warum. Im ersten Gespräch wurde noch gesagt, es kann schnell zu einer Einigung kommen und bald ein Vertrag erstellt werden. Was im zweiten Gespräch so negativ war, dass der Prozess nicht fortgeführt wurde, ist mir bis heute unerklärlich.
