It is noticeable that we are a fast-growing company and sometimes, not all organisational processes can be equally adjusted to that, which can be annoying sometimes. But it is good that we regularly get manuals on new or adjusted processes. Also: more budget for home-office-equipment would be fair.

Very good atmosphere, no question.

Main communication is English (we are an international company with colleagues in NL, PL, CZ, DE and more) and is working quite well.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We are a team - be it within projects or outside of projects, and we help each other (for example scheduling sessions to help other colleagues with their cert prep or their complex challenges in projects)
Work-Life-Balance
Working times are flexible - make this your advantage by scheduling yourself a sports session before lunch or a walk-and-talk meeting outside. And work-life-balance is important to Nextview - don't overwork yourself, also say no sometimes if it gets too much. Working a usual 40-hour week is the norm.

Maybe in Germany the company is not yet well-known, because the German branch is only about 2 years old and the German market still has to be conquered - but we're gonna make Nextview known all over Europe, because we simply have a great team!

We have a generous budget for trainings, we have loads of learning materials for certs, we have internal workshops for cert preps and we each easily acquire 2 certs a year
