Verbesserungsvorschläge

The entire management in Holland needs to be reconsidered. There are people sitting who are responsible for the entire European site, but have no connection at all with the employees at work level. There is a lack of strategic realignment. Instead, there is continuous micromanagement.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

During the Corona pandemic, management closed its eyes and focused on cost-cutting. Dependence from the Japanese headquarters is paralyzing the company.

Kommunikation

Not a single manager in Europe has any authority. Everything is being dictated from Japan (HQ).

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The only people who support each other are the colleagues in the department. The employees on working level are the only ones who commit to the product and hold the team together.

Work-Life-Balance

Resources are lacking everywhere. In the end, one employee has to do the work of three employees.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There is no leadership in this company. Top management sits in the Netherlands and closes their eyes. Middle management always seems busy, but does not help at the work level.

Interessante Aufgaben

If the overall workload wasn't so intense, people would be more excited about the products.

Gleichberechtigung

In Europe, equality is more widely enforced. However, there are no women in management position in Japanese HQ.

Arbeitsbedingungen

There is no lack of equipment. Height-adjustable desks, nice big offices and meeting rooms.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

During the Corona period, nothing has been changed in terms of remuneration. Accordingly, the company suffers from strong employee dissatisfaction and high turnover.
