more open communication, more employees as almost everybody you talk to is tired, overwhelmed as does not feel appreciated. More feedbacks on annual/bi annual base. More local/coutry based initiatives as what might work in italy may not work in GB.

depending on the position you can work remote and there are (except for gx) only day shifts.

for hospitality low benefits (35% discount and 600€ voucher per year for stays at numa, but min. lenght of stay). public transport can be requested. Salary lower that in regular hotels (no raisings), and way more responsabilities as very few departments exist

You get a laptop, that it. You have to use your phne daily for literally every form of communication, but this is not provided by numa. Every other items you need as printer, cofffee machine, desks you have to buy

Interessante Aufgaben
many diferent tasks, as one is responsable what usually 4 departments do, it is very interessing and good to get a well overview. Athough it is too much for 1 position
