Unbelievably downhill
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
ELT and C-levels are terrible to be honest. They are the worst in their jobs and too newbie to in those positions.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
No one cares if you do good work or not. You get promoted/demoted randomly. Their evaluation process is unclear and not transparent.
Kommunikation
Zero transparency from C-levels and founders towards employees. It's like they're constantly lying to our faces and thinking we believe everything they say. No one in the company really knows if N26 is doing well or going bankrupt.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Good colleagues, bad managers.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on if your department is doing something that interest the ELT team or not.
Gleichberechtigung
There is a huge bias in favor of men. There is not much space for women to grow to higher level since our work is not being taken seriously even if the quality of work is better than male peers. Also there is not a single women on C-Levels and ELT teams.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Nothing besides some advertisements. In reality they didn't do anything. Only money is important in N26
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Normal salary and benefits, like everywhere else in germany. Nothing special about it.

Very bad image due to bad management and decisions in the recent years.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No room to improve unless you're a white causasian man.
