We are in hyper growth, this means that we are scaling all our organization. We have a strong focus on engineering hiring to support our international and product launches. With our planned growth from 1 Million to 5 million customers in the next two years, we obviously also focus on our customer facing roles, like customer and banking operations. Geographically, we continue to grow our Berlin HQ offices, we recently moved into our new workplace in Barcelona. We are very excited about the opportunity to build out a fourth office, mainly focused on product and engineering in Vienna this Autumn. In parallel we are seriously scaling in the US from our NY office.

  • wundern Sie sich nicht, warum so viele gute Mitarbeiter gehen? es scheint Sie sowieso nicht zu interessieren. Aber viele entscheiden sich dafür, ohne einen Job zu gehen, der in der Reihe steht, weil sie nicht mit den schlechten Entscheidungen des Unternehmens und der schrecklichen Einstellung des Managements umgehen können.

Standard-Startvergünstigungen, wie kostenloses Essen und Trinken, um das niedrige Gehalt und die hohen Erwartungen auszugleichen, wie Überstunden ohne Lohnausgleich. einige nette Kollegen.

Contra

niemand weiß, was sie tun, Regeln vor Ort aufstellen, Mitarbeiter werden unterbezahlt und nicht geschätzt, das Management ist schrecklich und begünstigt und fördert nur ihre Freunde. Bleiben Sie weit weg, ich hatte von Anfang an ein schlechtes Gefühl und wünschte, ich wäre früher gegangen.
