Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Nothing anymore. Avoid the place. It’s a sinking ship.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Bad management. Employees worth nothing you can get fired or forced to leave any day. No budget for improvements however everything needs improvements. Zero transparency. Day to day decisions which affect you life.

Change the management and how things are handled there.

Communications are toxic, management comms are awful. responsibilities are not defined so anyone can jump in to any topic.

Kommunikation

Terrible communications from C-Levels and founders. Despite pointing out this issue multiple times, there is no transparency over decisions and plans. This make it impossible for teams to be able to plan ahead

Work-Life-Balance

Great work-life-balance since no one actually works here. The ones who do and they care, they get demotivated and leave the company

Vorgesetztenverhalten

From sr. managers to managing directors and founders is a complete black box. Nothing is shared with other employees other than final decisions. Zero Transparency.

Good Tech Stack but budget is low and everything gets blocked.

There are no older colleagues

Constant changes of the teams inside or between offices. No proper AC in the offices, no work-from-home equipment. Just a small budget to work with.
