Arbeitsatmosphäre
I didn't feel valued for my work and rather treated like a piece within the machinery. I didnt like this feeling while being expected to deliver 200%. Really makes it hard to see purpose for oneself

My experience was OK

Differs strongly. There are very nice and smart people but you find a lot of people ready to put others down for their own gain. A lot of talking behind people's backs
Work-Life-Balance
Almost not existent for my area. Often long hours
Interessante Aufgaben
Yes there were interesting tasks. Fulfilling them to a decent standard often difficult due to limited timing

Office has some nice amenities like coffee spaces. However mostly overcrowded
