Good workplace with room to improve

My experience so far has been positive.The environment offers a good work-life balance and is generally quiet,apart from some noise from airplanes.The kitchen has quality coffee,water and several choices of soft drinks(no alcohol).I appreciate the simplicity and approachability of the management,as well as the fact that they genuinely listen to employees.On occasions when I needed help with something outside my role,most colleagues responded willingly which I really valued.
Since the relocation,the kitchen has neither a toilet nor a sink,so we have to go down to the lower floor (G7) to use the restroom and to empty the bucket with water,as was also the case before.Having a sink and tap (water) in the kitchen would make things much more convenient.Also,a small minority of long-serving colleagues occasionally show a lack of teamwork or basic courtesy,like greeting at the start or end of the day but this is not the norm.
I believe the company has room to grow even further and I hope it succeeds,because companies that respect their people truly deserve it. Personally,the trust I receive from the management makes me want to give my very best.
