Arbeitsbedingungen
There is a continued effort to invest in the site. A completely new and modern office space just finished, before that the laboratory got a complete make-over, changing rooms and toilets have been rennovated. I am sure more will come in other areas as we continue to improve the site year by year.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This year we launched the first Carbon neutral products, the site is running on 100% green energy and we continue to improve various topics impacting the environment. Our company has a goal to be neutral by 2030 and I think we can make it.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I guess its always nice to have more but I think in general we are paid well here.

If you are open to learn new things and have an interest in taking part in different types of projects, sometimes outside your normal job - this is a great place to be. We are given a lot of authonomy to come up with solutions but also honest feedback what can be improved.
