I guess its always nice to have more but I think in general we are paid well here.

This year we launched the first Carbon neutral products, the site is running on 100% green energy and we continue to improve various topics impacting the environment. Our company has a goal to be neutral by 2030 and I think we can make it.

Great team spirit and many social events big and small during the year celebrating team and company successes. Turnover is low.

There is a nice mix of older and younger colleagues and its appreciated when more senior colleagues take time and care to share their knowledge with the more junior team members.

There is a continued effort to invest in the site. A completely new and modern office space just finished, before that the laboratory got a complete make-over, changing rooms and toilets have been rennovated. I am sure more will come in other areas as we continue to improve the site year by year.

Many projects, initiatives and change. Sometimes a challenge to keep up but lots of effort from the teams and the leaders to share information in different ways encouraging everyone to ask questions.

Seems like everyone who has an interest in developing has a chance to develop. different nationalities on site, creating an open and international environment.
