We regret your negative criticism on the subject of work-life balance. We would like to ask you to explain this point in more detail.

On the subject of communication and information exchange, we cannot relate to your criticism. One of the Ohly values we live by is "Let everyone know". That's why we also hold regular staff meetings. In addition, we inform you about current topics in our Ohly News, and through other platforms such as newsletters. In addition, weekly department meetings are available for mutual exchange. Furthermore, you can contact any department at any time to gather more information about their projects. I am sure they will make the time for you. :)
