Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
At Ohly GmbH, specially in R&D department, the best part is it`s working atmosphere, and it is like a happy and productive team where everyone collaborates, shares ideas openly, and respects each other. People are encouraged to be creative and bring their unique skills to the table, and communication and feedback are valued, making everyone feel important and part of the team. Good superior behavior is shown through approachability, supportiveness, and a genuine interest in their team members' well-being and growth. Supervisors create a positive and nurturing environment by being accessible, listening to concerns, and offering guidance and encouragement. They recognize their team's efforts, fostering appreciation and motivation, while demonstrating professionalism, fairness, and empathy, building strong trust and relationships within the organization.

As we used to play tennis in the nearby courts after work, I just have one suggestion that please subsidize Tennis and gym etc.
