I am hoping that good working relationship of all employees and bosses in the company would stay stronger and better no matter what. I know that there would always be good and bad times, but please let us always be in the same boat, roaring and working together, helping each other and understanding each other at all times to reach our goal together.

Die neue Mitarbeiter werden gut behandelt, die Kollegen/Kolleginnen sind nett und warmherzig. Ich fühle mich wohl in der Firma. Ich bin sehr begeistert. My first impression in the company when I started was very nice and the colleagues are always ready to help. There are no discriminations no matter what color of your skin you have and which country you came from. Everyone is welcome in the company.
Kommunikation
Ich kann direkt mit meinen Vorgesetzten, Kollegen/Kolleginnen ohne Probleme kommunizieren. Die Kommunikation in der Firma ist sehr offen und respektvoll. Wenn es Probleme gibt, wir können direkt miteinander reden, um eine Lösung zu finden.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Die Mitarbeiter (alte und neue) und die Vorgesetzten arbeiten gut zusammen (miteinander und füreinander). Sie haben einen guten Draht und arbeiten in Harmonie.
Work-Life-Balance
Die Firma kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen des Mitarbeiter. Es gibt Mitarbeiter-Events, Homeoffice, usw.. Die Arbeitszeit ist Gleitzeit, darum haben wir die Möglichkeit zu entscheiden, wann wir morgens Anfangen und abends Aufhören zuarbeiten. Diese Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit hilft uns viel. No more stress in the morning for many employees.

Das Verhältnis mit meinen Vorgesetzten sind wunderbar und harmonisch. Ich könnte mit den direkt sprechen, wenn es Probleme mit meiner Arbeit gibt.

Part of my job is quite new and I find it very interesting. The company together with their employees try to find a way to realize and carry out the task smoothly. The colleagues are ready to help and it's like we are all in the same boat, rowing all together in the same path to achieve the company's goal. We all stick together to get the target.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Die ältere Mitarbeiter werden gut behandelt. Eine, die in die Rente gehen, bekommt ein Angebot in der Firma wieder Teilzeit zuarbeiten. Es gibt sogar eine Party für die Mitarbeiter, die schon lange in der Firma arbeiten, sie bekommen Geschenke und sie werden von Management geschätzt.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Das Gebaüde ist groß und es ist neue umgebaut. All necessary things, like computer, laptop, etc. needed by the employees are available. Lightings in the rooms are ok and the heating is working well. If there are problems in the area, the technician are readily available, because the maintenance is also working in the same buliding.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I think the salary is fair.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a program in the company that all employees can get trainings or seminars needed in their work. So everybody can send a request for further individual improvement.
