Throughout my internship and working student activity, I have always experienced friendly and collegial interaction within the team and company. Thanks to the management and the heads, who enable modern work structures, a handful of employee benefits and a relaxed atmosphere - this makes working fun. Despite tough deadlines, there is a pleasant working atmosphere with pleasant interaction between all departments.
Kommunikation
Thanks to flat hierarchies and an open-door policy, communication across all departments is uncomplicated. Nevertheless, a high level of professionalism is maintained and management regularly informs employees in e-mails, newsletters and meetings. The HR department does a wonderful job and takes excellent care of all employees.

Good cohesion, people are supported here instead of being pushed away.
Work-Life-Balance
Despite sometimes longer working days when deadlines are due, the Heads frequently refer to shutting down the computer earlier. OMMAX makes an effort to plan fun recreational activities for everyone.

At OMMAX, you get the chance to take responsibility and implement your own projects. Nevertheless, you always have a professional advisor at your back. There are very few classic intern tasks (such as Excel sheets).
