You got a pay rise based on your work in 2022!
But, you will get it only starting somewhere from middle 2023. If you quit in the meantime, you are not going to get absolutely nothing.

When you have a situation that in one single month, more than 10 (ten) people quit, which makes 3% of the entire company, this should be obviously a red flag.
Constant hiring of new people, who will spend typically less than a full year, is not going to help.
If you promise someone a higher salary, then please stick to your own words.
You are sending a bad message to the other people.
Please focus on bringing back values that you obviously had in the beginning.

In general, very good, but it highly depends on the department. I had some ups and downs, depending on who the manager was.
2022 and later 5 stars, before that less than a 3.
Kommunikation
2020/2021 five stars, from middle 2022 it has taken a sharp turn.
I have a feeling that there is so much disbalance between what is management preaching and what is happening in the company itself.

On paper, you do have some budget for education, but there it is constantly shrinking, and you need an approval to use it.
Most of the people that I know, simply gave out.
If you are traveling to some conference, you will have use your educational budget to pay for the trip/hotel and so on....
