Positive aspects about the ONLY-Store are all the girls I'm working with. They are very kind and supporting and it is good that this is taken into consideration to build a nice working-atmosphere. Also the Discount of 50% is nice but also necessary. I would add that expecting all of the people who work at ONLY to wear just ONLY clothes is a bit too much, because nevertheless clothing from this brand, even with the discount, is nothing very affordable for especially students while we get the minimum wage, get our shifts canceled only one or two hours earlier, or the shifts get shortened. Therefore it is not really nice to always complain and nag at the workers to either don't come to work at all or buy ONLY clothes. I absolutely understand that we shouldn't wear clothes from other brands with big brand images or something. It is also not possible to be sick because you still have to go to work in that state. I haven't heard about any coachings yet so I can't say anything about that but I'm hoping we will get information about that soon. To summarize all the listed things: I work at ONLY to learn something new and practice soft skills, I also like the working atmosphere most of the time but everyone should know that it is not easy work (no job is). As long as both parties are respectful and patient it is all good.
I think it would be nice if workers could decide about the songs that get in the music playlist also.
