Dear colleague,
Thank you for your great feedback—we are delighted that you feel comfortable and have settled in well at Onventis! It is particularly nice to see that you have given us full marks for work-life balance, equality, and how we treat older colleagues.
We are also pleased that you rate the working atmosphere, team spirit, and management behavior positively. Your comment about the short internal communication channels and that we keep our promises shows us that we are on the right track.
We are happy to take on board your suggestion for improvement regarding a solid pension plan. We are always open to suggestions and concrete ideas, which you are welcome to submit to HR. We are also continuously looking at areas where we can improve in terms of communication and working conditions.
