Overall, the company culture is pretty good. There is some history of layoffs etc. which people often do talk about. But from what I've learned so far, it was a needed to change to shift the company's culture into the right direction.

again very good work life balance if working from home is a thing that you cherish. you could schedule your hours however you see fit. but there might be some issues with meetings scheduling, as some people are based on the US.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
people, at least in my constellation are very helpful towards each other and do collaborate for the wellbeing of the company. They also do accept criticism and feedback without letting their emotions and ego take over.

you will find that most people have been at OX for more than 10 years, but there is currently a new wave of hiring of new blood, to bring a new modernized culture for doing things. Some seniors will do pushbacks, others are very open to new ideas. Up to you to do the convincing and sell your ideas.

non applicable, as its a flat hierarchy. If you need guidance and mentorship, than OX might not be a good fit for you. If you prefer freedom and would prefer taking leadership, than you will like it here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
you will get the hardware you wish for, ranges from the latest macbooks to any other manufacturer, and you can completely obliterate windows and use an actual OS (any linux distro you'd like)

overall based on openness, yet some things such as partners and contractors are enforced on top level, which limits the technical solutions we could chose

fair compensation package. Although dont expect stock options or profit sharing

Very diverse company, you will get the chance to work with people from different countries and cultures, but on a smaller and more personal scale (small company of very talented people)
Interessante Aufgaben
depends on the team and constellation you'd join. The tech stack is very wide and diverse, you will never get bored. There are many things that need to be modernized too, therefore you could build things and be innovative.
