Great teams. optilyz is incredibly open, fast and you have the opportunity to work the way it suits you best. There are career opportunities and the teams are very young.The level of professionalization is amazing. If you notice something that could run better, it usually reacts immediately or at least a plan for improvement is initiated and later implemented.
The parties are always an absolute hammer. I do not know of a company that organizes better parties even in the beginning.
The management floor is always approachable and you can talk to them about everything. They do not give you the feeling they know everything. No gods in hoody but real people.
