Amazing company, fantastic colelagues, great leadership
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I truly love working at Orbem. The leadership team is incredibly inspirational; they don’t just talk about their values, they live by them every day. Transparency is a core part of how the company operates, which builds a lot of trust across the team. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so genuinely aligned toward a common purpose. If you're looking for a company that leads with integrity, Orbem is it.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Wish they were more open to remote team members, but I understand many people need to work with hardware onsite.

Dear Team Member,
Thank you for your kind words about Orbem. It’s incredibly rewarding to hear that our commitment to transparency and integrity resonates with you and that you feel aligned with our common purpose.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding remote work. While our hardware-focused mission often requires onsite collaboration, we are always looking for ways to better support our remote team members and improve flexibility where possible.
Thank you for your dedication and for being a fantastic colleague!
