pay industry standard, advance peoples careers, don't burn employees out, more transparent communication, put competent people in upper management roles, let people go on vacations, don't force the usage of AI at all times it doesn't align with everyones ideology, racial bias training is NEEDED!, Be transparent with contracts and employment, don't sell them contracts that will put them at a disadvantage after leaving, just be a honest company with an ounce of integrity and humanity.

they work with an AI contractor and demand employees to use AI daily in order to achieve a monthly usage percentage per employee, promotions and pay raises depend on how much you use AI monthly. The usage of AI being mandatory shows how much this company doesn't care about the environment, very much the opposite
