This is the best aspect of this company. You do not feel like you are going to a work-place, you feel like you are hanging out with friends, solving puzzles, while having fun in a very interesting industry.
Kommunikation
The software tools and systems integration make communication very easy. Packmatic emphasises digitalisation, which helps people talk to anybody at any time, about anything, and not just work. Also, people actually listen and try their best to offer their help and solutions, but are always open to new ideas as well.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are very fast to offer their help. In our company we have established that there is no job beneath us, which means that everyone does everything they can for the common benefit of the entire company. This breaks down any possible hierarchical structure and sets everyone to eye level
Work-Life-Balance
Work is very important, but the supervisors understand that employees also have lives and that in order for them to perform well at work, they also must do what they need to do to feel well in their private sphere. I would say this is the second best aspect of the company!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Communication with supervisors is very efficient, respectful and friendly. Everyone gets along with everyone, the company promotes open and direct communication based on the first 3 aspects I mentioned above.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Our oldest colleague is 25 years older than the company average (30) and he enjoys working in the company and we enjoy working with him. It is all about respect.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Some employees work remote, home office and some work in the office as well. You could decide yourself which days you want to do which, you could even choose to work for a couple of weeks from your Airbnb in Indonesia, if that is what you want.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Since the company operates in the packaging industry, it is constantly looking for ways to improve its social action and have a positive general ecological impact. Also, almost no one in the company owns a car, most people use their bikes and public transport to get to places.
