Freundliches Kollegium, Qualitatives Equipment.

The Culture, the way of working-athmo and possibilties for remote working.
So far nothing.
The On-boarding could be a little more structured and linear, but with the right initiative and open communication most of these barriers can be managed.
The atmosphere is casual, but professional. What does that mean in my opinion. There is always time to rest or check in with collegues. This rises motivation, energy and focus on the tasks that matters. Here are working people.
At Packmatic, you are the master of your time. As long as you are able to manage your targets, you can schedule your calendar around your personal needs.
The right time to grow fast and have impact. Possibilities for the long run seem endless.
Mandatory in this industrie
As far as I can see, this seems to be very strong. Cultural fit is one of the key indicators for hiring.
Professional, personal and warm.
Nice office, open culture, no burning, and highly motivating.
The communication is very open and fast. I really like, that you can target any team-members with any questions. From random to serious. As soon as Problems are adressed, they will be touched ASAP. Ideas for any kind of improvement can be told. Any Idea is welcomed.
I feel, as long as it serves a valid purpose, I can think outside the box and create interesting tasks on my own.
Everything so far.
Nothing.
Nothing to suggest for now.
This is the best aspect of this company. You do not feel like you are going to a work-place, you feel like you are hanging out with friends, solving puzzles, while having fun in a very interesting industry.
Positive!
Work is very important, but the supervisors understand that employees also have lives and that in order for them to perform well at work, they also must do what they need to do to feel well in their private sphere. I would say this is the second best aspect of the company!
Growth possibilities are always there, the management is very open about this as well.
Quite good. It is above the average of the industry.
Since the company operates in the packaging industry, it is constantly looking for ways to improve its social action and have a positive general ecological impact. Also, almost no one in the company owns a car, most people use their bikes and public transport to get to places.
Colleagues are very fast to offer their help. In our company we have established that there is no job beneath us, which means that everyone does everything they can for the common benefit of the entire company. This breaks down any possible hierarchical structure and sets everyone to eye level
Our oldest colleague is 25 years older than the company average (30) and he enjoys working in the company and we enjoy working with him. It is all about respect.
Communication with supervisors is very efficient, respectful and friendly. Everyone gets along with everyone, the company promotes open and direct communication based on the first 3 aspects I mentioned above.
Some employees work remote, home office and some work in the office as well. You could decide yourself which days you want to do which, you could even choose to work for a couple of weeks from your Airbnb in Indonesia, if that is what you want.
The software tools and systems integration make communication very easy. Packmatic emphasises digitalisation, which helps people talk to anybody at any time, about anything, and not just work. Also, people actually listen and try their best to offer their help and solutions, but are always open to new ideas as well.
Women and men are equal in the company. There is no feeling of gender inequality.
The packaging industry is interesting on its own, it is literally a science. Having said this, the tasks are quite interesting and
