What remains of a once-promising company, sold to the highest bidder: no strategy, no identity, and no future.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The real problem is the management. They are out of their depth, focused on their own careers, their bonuses, and their perks rather than the future of the business. The former CEO was essentially a cost-cutter with a finance background. He knew how to reduce spending, but not how to invest in growth, innovation, or the capabilities the company needed to remain competitive. He never truly understood the business he was running.
Some members of the management team seem to have been appointed on the basis of who they knew rather than what they could do. What is even more concerning is that many never appeared fully equipped for the roles they were given, nor did they make much effort to grow into them afterwards. The consequences of those decisions are visible to everyone, yet very few are willing to say so out loud.
