Pay is number one issue, the offers in this industry in Berlin are significantly better than what Pair offers.

The monthly all hands meetings could benefit from having an anonymnous feedback/ question function, which would be discussed at the meetings finale, this would help people voice concerns or enquiries about future plans that they may not want to voice in front of many people.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Friendly, collegiate. The CEO seems interested in every employee and their experience at PAIR, which isnt the case everywhere.

Work-Life-Balance

Remote work is great, well done on the implementation. It would be great to see in future, the opportunity to work longer term from new internalisation offices, or in markets we operate.

Interessante Aufgaben

Debt collection might not sound interesting, but Pair Finance forward looking and innovative attitude makes every day tasks interesting.

Nice office, but small. Luckily Home Office allieviates this.

I was really impressed by the outreach to colleagues affected by war, natural disaster. Inkasso with a heart!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

This is the primary issue one could find with Pair Finance. The pay is not up to standard for this industry, and raises are on the low side. I would stress to those with the decision making power here to consider being more generous here. 'Salary increases' that simply match inflation, are not pay raises, and demoralising, I hope to see recognition of that.

Debt collection does not have a good image, but Pair Finance is sleek, and customer focused. It's branding is great and impressive.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

I feel whats been offered here is very basic, but presented as the opposite. Further training should be encouraged, think yearly per employee UDEMY or AWS training budget, without layers of approval needed.
