Probably the biggest reason why I decided to return to parcelLab are the amazing colleagues and the team spirit! Everyone knows what they're doing, have interesting backgrounds and stories to share, and are always willing to take a minute out of their day to help you out!
Work-Life-Balance
We are a remote first company and you can work from anywhere you want! If you show the team that you are capable of doing your job you get to enjoy a lot of freedom as to how to achieve your results and how much time you have to spend on finishing your tasks. What matters are results, not time put in!
Gleichberechtigung
Our team consists of people from all walks of life, backgrounds and nations. Sales to this day is still dominated by men so would love to see a more even distribution in our team but our most recent hires were women, so I think we're on a good way here!
Interessante Aufgaben
Every project is a unique challenge, trying to understand requirements and building the solution together. At the same time there's a lot going on to get better as a team, which means if you want to spend time working on that, you can, giving you a lot of variety throughout your week!
