Would be nice to get back to "university" formula, when we could meet and share knowledge in groups bigger than local teams.

OK - all tasks clearly defined, also some additional informations that are not necessary for our job, bu are shared, which makes us more involved. Always possible to contact with colleagues or supervisors.

Sometimes we work with pairs or in smaller teams and it always works fine.

Excellent. Overtime does not happen, working hours can be adjusted depending on personal needs.

Plus for working for "big" customers and feeling that we have an impact, but tasks become repeatable or very similar.

There is no difference in treating women and men. The same chances and approach.

Fresh university graduates work with people with 25 years or experience and there is never any problem. For long time workers there is a special bonus program.

Both in the office and for home office it is very good. Ergonomic desks and chairs, good equipment on demand.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I never asked for a raise but it has been given to me based on my progress and skill development. Currently it is very atractive.

No strict "levels " are defined, but with increasing experience, more interesting tasks is available. Also training, courses and educational program.
