Opaque communication, biased leadership, HR doesn’t care, leading to burnout and illegal dismissal
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Some colleagues were friendly and supportive.
- Office facilities were decent, and the location was convenient.
- The exploratory project environment may suit people who enjoy uncertainty
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-Malicious, unlawful, and illegal dismissal without any valid reason.
- HR did not care about employees and failed to provide protection.
- Management and communication were completely non-transparent.
- Unsafe and toxic environment for women, with a culture of fear and bias.
- Unrealistic deadlines caused burnout and unpaid overtime.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Managers should be properly validated, supervised, and held accountable so that toxic atmospheres cannot develop in the first place. Decisions must be based on facts rather than rumors or gossip. Create more transparency in communication and processes, prevent burnout, and make HR responsible for actively protecting employees. Above all, respect the rights and well-being of women.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very stressful and unsafe. The environment was toxic, and many people were afraid to speak up. For women in particular, it was unfriendly and unsafe. Working here eventually led to burnout and mistreatment without any form of compensation.
Work-Life-Balance
Officially, overtime was not required, but because of unrealistic deadlines and poor management, it was almost unavoidable to work long hours — without pay or compensation.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Hardly any career perspective, as there were no clear goals or structured development plans.
Gehalt/Benefits
No fair compensation, especially not for overtime. No USC
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Among colleagues there was some mutual support and a generally positive attitude.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Heavy micromanagement, lack of trust, and no constructive communication. The manager often forgot their own statements or goals and then blamed the team. Frequent double standards. Managers themselves were not supervised or held accountable by their own leadership.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Office and equipment were fine. The office location was good. However, the project budget did not match what was promised during the interview, which led to a lack of resources
Kommunikation
Communication was completely opaque both within the company and inside the project team. Decisions were chaotic and lacked structure. Management often blindly believed rumors and gossip without proper judgment, which created a highly biased atmosphere.
Gleichberechtigung
Not a safe or equal environment for women. The company offered no real support or protection, and HR did not care about employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
The project was in an exploratory stage. For people who enjoy uncertainty, constant changes, and experiments, it might be interesting — for others it was frustrating.
